provide evaluation and services within an elementary school setting
in Swanzey, NH. This position focuses on completing student
evaluations and delivering ongoing therapy services throughout the
school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct three student
evaluations to determine eligibility for physical therapy services.
Provide therapy services to a preschool student, projecting 32
sessions throughout the school year. Manage an estimated caseload
averaging 4-6 hours per week, depending on evaluation outcomes.
Collaborate with school staff to support student physical therapy
needs and goals. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy
required. Valid physical therapy license for the state or ability
to obtain licensure prior to service start. Experience in
