Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a highly
skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Billerica,
Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position where you will
play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of commercial real
estate closings. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring smooth
pre-closing and post-closing processes while collaborating
efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of commercial real estate
closings, including pre-closing preparations and post-closing
tasks. • Utilize Qualia software to organize and oversee closing
documents and processes. • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and
third parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of
transactions. • Review and prepare legal documents related to
commercial real estate transactions. • Maintain case files and
documentation using case management software. • Conduct due
diligence, including title searches and resolving title issues. •
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
during the closing process. • Track and update transaction
timelines to meet critical deadlines. • Provide support in
resolving any closing-related discrepancies or issues. •
Collaborate with the team to improve closing procedures and
streamline workflows.• Proven experience as a paralegal with a
focus on commercial real estate transactions. • Proficiency in
Qualia or similar closing software. • Strong knowledge of case
management software and document organization. • Familiarity with
commercial real estate laws and regulations. • Demonstrated ability
to manage multiple closings simultaneously with attention to
detail. • Excellent communication and coordination skills when
working with legal teams and clients. • Problem-solving skills to
address title and closing-related issues. • Ability to work
independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
