Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
analytical biochemist to join our Protein Science group. The
individual will be a key member of the protein analytics team
tasked with analytical and functional characterization efforts for
our therapeutic programs. This role requires strong technical
expertise, scientific independence, and the ability to translate
complex data into clear conclusions that guide therapeutic lead
selection and optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to be

of cutting-edge biotherapeutics in a fast-paced, rapidly growing
biotech company with a bold vision. Key responsibilities include
but are not limited to: Lead the in vitro functional screening and
analytical characterization of multispecific antibodies and
therapeutic proteins to support therapeutic lead identification and
optimization. Independently develop and optimize high throughput
protein analytics methods and contribute to our antibody
developability screening platforms for the generation of robust,
decision-enabling data. Serve as a subject matter expert in
antibody binding characterization and potency analysis to assess
and optimize drug candidate’s biochemical/ biophysical properties.
Drive experimental strategy, execution, troubleshooting, data
analysis, and communication with cross-functional teams. Ensure
effective, high-quality and timely documentation in electronic
laboratory notebooks. Qualifications: Advanced degree required: MS
or Ph.D in protein science, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or
other related disciplines Lab experience required: MS with 10 years
or PhD with 3 years of relevant lab or industrial experience Strong
theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in characterizing
protein-protein interactions using SPR, BLI and ELISA to assess
affinity, kinetics, and potency. Proficiency with protein analytics
platforms such as HPLC, UPLC, DLS/SLS, and related biophysical
methods for protein purity and stability assessment. Solid
understanding of antibody structure, function, and biologics drug
discovery and development workflows. Demonstrated ability to work
independently and lead projects with minimal supervision. Attention
to details, outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and data
interpretation skills. Highly adaptable to a fast-paced work
environment and capable of working both independently and
