Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Retail Industry and Google's advertising products and solutions (e.g., Shopping and YouTube). Demonstrated strategic and investigative sales approach, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and manage multiple priorities. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer goals. Independent, thrives in ambiguity, curious, and resilient. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to use AI to scale and enhance outcomes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
