well-established manufacturing organization in the life sciences
space to help them hire an Outside Sales Representative . This is a
newly created, high impact role responsible for driving growth,
expanding market share, and shaping the organizations strategy in
North America beyond! This is a hybrid position with headquarters
in the Southern New Hampshire area. Summary The Outside Sales
Representative generates new business, manages customer accounts,
and grows revenue through direct, in-person customer engagement.
This role focuses on territory development, field sales activity,
and close coordination with internal teams to deliver technical
product solutions. Key Responsibilities Territory & Business
Development Create and manage a territory sales plan to meet
revenue goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
assigned markets Build and grow relationships with existing
customers through regular visits Develop and expand account
opportunities Customer Engagement & Sales Activity Deliver product
presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions Prepare
quotes, proposals, and sales documents Meet with customers and
prospects at their locations Support customers in regulated or
technical environments Collaboration & Market Insight Work with
internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Share customer feedback and market intelligence with leadership
Monitor industry and competitor activity Attend trade shows and
industry events Reporting & Operations Maintain accurate records of
sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM Travel
frequently within the assigned territory Complete additional
assigned duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience 3
years of outside or field sales experience, preferably in technical
or regulated industries – life sciences, pharmaceuticals,
biotechnology, medical device, etc. Ability to travel up to 50%
Experience developing new business and managing accounts
Familiarity with regulated or quality-driven environments preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills Good organization and
time-management abilities Able to work independently with a
travel-based schedule Willing and able to travel regularly
Customer-focused, professional, and results-driven Self-motivated
and team-oriented Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
