As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will respond to incoming calls from prospective customers, assess their insurance needs, provide clear product information, and guide them toward the most suitable coverage options. You may also place outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities. Job Duties Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering information, issuing quotes, and binding coverage Provide exceptional customer service and build trust through education and clarity Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging customers professionally Conduct occasional outbound calls to optimize sales volume Hybrid schedule: Three (3) in-office days and up to two (2) remote days weekly Initial training may require full in-office attendance Training hours: 9:30am-6pm CT Post-training schedules typically follow Monday–Wednesday in-office, though shifts may vary Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CT Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT Training Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CT Full-time: 40 hours per week, five 8-hour shifts Some evenings, Saturdays, and holidays are required Compensation This role offers a competitive and transparent pay structure: Guaranteed annual base pay: $43,000 – $50,830, based on experience Hourly rates: $20.67, $22.55, or $24.44 depending on experience Uncapped performance-based incentives, with average additional annual earnings up to $27,300 Top-performing consultants may earn $75,000 in additional incentive pay 5% bilingual pay incentive where applicable Full benefits package included Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience Demonstrated success meeting quotas, metrics, and performance goals Strong motivation to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Interest in building a long-term insurance career Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to influence customers and confidently close sales Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex coverage information Property & Casualty license is required
