Job Description:

is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Advocate to join our
team in Smithfield, RI. This role is essential in fostering strong
client relationships and enhancing client satisfaction through
expert service and support. Engage with a broad range of financial
products including retirement planning and brokerage services. This

Understand and effectively communicate information about Fidelity's
financial services and products. Assist clients in account
management, including opening and updating accounts and providing

goals and improve client satisfaction metrics. Participate in
ongoing training and use internal career development opportunities
to progress within the company. Strong customer service orientation
and communication skills Ability to resolve complex customer issues

Understanding of financial services and products Capability to
