Job Description:
Clean Harbors is looking for a SVP of National Product Line for
Technical Services to join their team! This SVP is responsible for
supporting operations activities in all regions and serves as
codifier and distributor of best practices across various business
areas within the Technical Services line of business. Clean Harbors

licenses and training RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring Health & Safety is
the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always
acting in a safe manner. Develops initiatives and drives
significant revenue and margin growth in Technical Services (TS);
set and lead strategic direction of the business unit and implement
new strategic initiatives (with SVP Sales); support growth across
sales and operations; manage specialty lines of business (Drum,
Bulk, CleanPack, Retail, HHW and Healthcare); understand market
competitiveness and define improvement initiatives (e.g. service,
pricing, etc.) to better compete. Execute and improve all branch
processes from Payroll to Invoicing to order placement, scheduling,
PO process, Payroll, and more. Executes, improves and develops new
training processes for all titles within Technical Services –
including Direct, Indirect and SG&A. Signs all CHESI contracts
that are Waste Disposal Agreements, up to $10M. Negotiate business
terms on new contracts and amendments. Execute pricing strategies
that result in increased rates and volumes. Drive operational
efficiency; monitor TS service performance; develop and deploy
service excellence programs across TS LOBs; lead cost management
across TS sales and operations. Uphold corporate values; meet
weekly with President CHES Sales and Service and SVP Regions to
discuss Technical Services plans and performance. Understands
customer, macroeconomic, regulatory and customer trends and how
they impact Technical Services performance. Collaborate with sales,
marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and
to capture market insights for continuous improvement. Build, lead,
and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Service
professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation,
and accountability. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 20 years’ experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Ability to create direction for the
whole operational organization; develop formal programs. Strong
understanding of regulatory requirements. Industry and company
knowledge, selling and negotiation, relationship building.
Communication, leadership and team building, operational
improvements and delivery. Ability to leverage sophisticated
numerical analyses to drive decision making. Exceptional strategic
thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving
product innovation and growth. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
