Sign Maker/Installer
We are a small, dedicated team in Plymouth, MA who takes pride in designing
and producing signs for our diverse group of clients throughout the South Shore,
Southcoast, Cape and the Islands.
Our philosophy encompasses teamwork, respect, integrity and professionalism
as a part of everyday life. We are looking to fill a full-time sign making/installation
position.

Duties Include:
--- Produce wide format digital prints, laminate and prepare for application.
--- Production of vinyl graphics, preparing machine ready files from
designer's final artwork, cutting, weeding, papering as required.
--- Prepare substrates for installation of graphics.
--- Install in house and subcontracted graphics on various substrates.
--- Install graphics on site as required, including on boats and vehicles.
--- Light installation of small signs and graphics, including dimensional letters
from templates.
--- Maintenance of in-house production equipment
Requirements:
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
--- Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly.
--- Detail-oriented.
--- Tech savvy, curious, willing to learn. Comfortable using computers for all
aspects of project and file management.
--- Ethical and honest, we built our success on long-term relationships, trust,
and credibility.
--- A great attitude with the patience to teach and empower others.
--- For installations, candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and be
comfortable working on ladders.
--- Our environment is smoke free and vaccinations are required.
Compensation
This is a full-time hourly position with a degree of flexibility. We are a small office
and can accommodate team members' needs as they arise. Salary range based
on a 35 hour week is $20 - $30 per hour.
