we serve.The RoleGreat Gray is seeking a UX Designer to join our
Product Team. This individual will drive innovative UX solutions
that transform complex financial interactions into intuitive,
user-friendly experiences. The role involves collaboration with
cross-functional teams to develop products that meet both user
needs and business objectives.LocationThis position is based in our
Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid work model with 4 days
onsite and 1 day remote.Note: Visa sponsorship or transfer is not
available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
without sponsorship.Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End UX: Manage the entire user experience process
for core products, from ideation and research to wireframes,
prototypes, and final designs.
- Rapid Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and
interactive prototypes for testing and feedback.
- User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests
to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to
financial products.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with product managers,
engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, iterate, and
deliver impactful solutions.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain design patterns, UI
components, and UX standards to ensure consistency and
scalability.
- Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field; Master's
preferred.
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI experience, with at least 2
years in digital experiences.
- Experience with 0-1 products and/or fintech is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile
environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
