Location:Plymouth USA, USDepartment: AmericaDate: 22-Dec-2020Description:Dealer Network Operations Coordinator, USAJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Dealer Network Operations Coordinator will provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Lotus Cars USA (LCU) Network Development Department. The Dealer Network Operations Coordinator will be directly involved with the management of the LCU Dealer Network, including the appointment of new dealers, and implementing franchise agreements, monitoring dealer performance, and assisting with the execution of network development projects. This position has the ability to work from home or the candidate may also live in the Detroit, Michigan area for reporting into the LCU office in Plymouth, Michigan.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the appointment process of new Lotus dealers
• Implementation of new franchise agreements and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
• Implementation of dealer performance upgrades through facility expansions, relocations, renovations and consultation
• Be involved in retail facility program management
• Assist in the rollout of dealer performance programs
• Execute and deliver network development opportunities and projects in accordance with the LCU Dealer Network Blueprint Plan
• Assist in market and candidate selection and identified locations for Lotus dealers
• Analyze and track dealership profitability, sales, and customer experience metrics
• Work with LCU Sales, Aftersales, and Dealer Network Departments to implement effective strategies that ensure proper brand representation in identified marketsBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organisational ability with keen attention to detail
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in automotive OEM sales or network development
  • Background in franchise network aspect of the auto industry, retail dealer operations and dealer financials
  • Understand franchise law and terminology, lease/purchase agreements and realty functions
  • Proven skills to analyze dealer performance and representation in the marketplace
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
  • Willingness to travel to Plymouth, Michigan, monthly or quarterly to work in the Lotus Cars USA office as neededPreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Automotive Management, or Marketing or similar discipline
    • Bring creative ideas, solutions and translate them into actions
    • Candidates with network development experience with other automotive OEM's
    • Execute tasks with speed and conviction
