TheDirector, Performance Systems is a key senior management
position responsiblefor the East Region Lean CIQ Construction
Process and provides oversight of thetraining, development and
progression of essential field leadership personnel.
Collaborate with the Regional Managers to identify and
develop processes that ensure and sustain reliable delivery of
high-quality products and services at the lowest possible net
Evaluate, Identify and implement process improvements in
business and field operations resulting in strategic cost savings
and improved quality.
Lead the development of project/program specific LEAN/ quality
plans that support the region objectives of consistency, customer
satisfaction and improved performance.
Ensure field activities meet organizational and customer
requirements for pro-active quality management and compliance.
Initiate corrective action as required to meet business and
Support operations by creating quality plans and documentation,
scheduling quality audits, developing quality checklists, reviewing
field activities and tests, plus tracking/organizing submittals for
Develop and maintain monthly LEAN Scorecard charting progress to

Field Management assessment and on-going training, development
and measurable progression, assuring succession through the next
generations of field leadership.
Co-development of training modules with progression from Foreman
to Business Unit Management
“Train the Trainer” and assignment of East Region Management
personnel for conducting specific modules
Develop metrics for measuring baseline and progression.
Qualifications In-depth experience in operational excellence and
business operations required, strong knowledge of field operations
10+ years in a leadership position in a related field or company
plus proven performance in running a business unit or
operating/manufacturing unit in a related industry
5+ years’ experience in LEAN methodology, the Toyota Production
System, Continuous Improvement, and or Operational Excellence
Strong proven track record of management,project performance,
project profitability and employee development
Education 4-yearcollege degree and industry related courses and
certifications, advanced degreepreferred
LEANConstruction Management, Contracts Management and /or
Project ManagementTraining required
