Toll Brothers , America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Area Production Manager for a brand new community in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Area Production Managers are responsible for monitoring home construction to ensure all houses are moved daily. This role will also perform quality assurance walks on all homes and handle all field and customer challenges that are escalated from the construction management level. The Area Production Managers will budget custom options, forecast settlements, and execute sales agreements and sales exhibits.

5-7 years of experience as a Construction Manager

Experience in residential homebuilding
