Responsibilities Pr imary responsibilities include:
Provides oversite and direction for the organizations outcome
management systems to ensure that all departments and clinical
services are evaluating effectiveness and changing practices in
order to achieve quality outcomes including; evaluating metrics
utilized, setting up internal processing for collecting data, and
analyzing data to push improvement and guide decision-making.
Ensures that organization and related agencies are engaging in
analytic processes for evaluating employee and consumer experience
and satisfaction and making changes based on results, while
monitoring outcomes across support departments, like finance and
human resources, as well as clinical service outcomes, to include
employee and consumer experience and satisfaction information.
Monitors safety and risk related to clinical services and is
responsible for building and monitoring evidence informed practices
and creating internal mechanism for potential research
Develops, implements and monitors a discharge follow-up system
that tracks all short- and long-term outcomes of treatment
Collaborates with organizational leaders to advance shared goals
and responds to strategic initiatives, designs grant reporting
mechanisms, and develops processes to track, evaluate, and report
the successful use of new interventions and approaches for
continual use or disuse.
Collaborates and coordinates with all other departments to
create data reporting systems, functional dashboards, metrics,
graphics for yearly reports, and necessary connections to produce
meaningful data and reports.
Leads research projects and the evaluation and use of
evidence-informed practices, to include leading the proper use and
integration of functional assessments and integrating treatment
related theory of change models with outcome expectations.
Oversees organizational risk monitoring and evaluation processes
to include HIPAA compliance, and provides the assurance of client
rights is maintained.
Oversees accreditation and licensing reviews and standards, and
ensures that compliance data is being effectively tracked,
reported, and tied to practice improvement.
Ensures implementation and ongoing adherence to approved
policies and procedures in compliance with all regulatory and

Qualifications Required Education and Licensure
Master’s Degree in relevant field required. In lieu of Master’s,
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and equivalent combination of
experience will be considered.
Five (5) + years of experience in leading a robust CQI
department, to include supervisory and leadership experience.
Valid driver's license. Must meet state regulating agency and

Preferred Education and Experience:
Knowledge and experience working with government agencies and
licensing regulations, preferably with COA and Joint Commission
Experience in applied research and data analysis, as it relates
to CQI, in a mental and behavioral health and human services
