Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Process Technician Schedule: 12?hour rotating shift (two?week rotation) Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Flexibility with working days is required. About the Role We are seeking a detail?oriented Manufacturing Process Technician to support day?to?day operations in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or inventory management and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all relevant Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) . Identify and report discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to uphold quality and safety standards. Maintain a Right-First-Time mindset to ensure consistent quality compliance. Receive, stage, and prepare components for use in the manufacturing process. Load components into equipment and complete required sanitation activities. Accurately complete all required documentation, understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics, and actively participate in daily performance meetings. Operate pallet jacks and manually wrap pallets. Use computerized systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure components and materials are properly stocked to support continuous operations.
