Job Description:
Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing
Technician, you will be part of the production support team,
ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing
equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Manufacturing Technician Location: Marlborough, MA Shift & Pay: 1st
shift - 7 openings (7am - 3pm, Pay Rate $22 to $24) 2nd shift - 1
opening (3pm - 11pm, Pay Rate $24.20 - $26.40) What's the Job?
Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related
subassemblies according to specifications in a timely manner.
Ensure quality and operational standards are consistently met or
exceeded. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure
proper calibration of equipment. Accurately document testing and
calibration results for electronic subassemblies. Develop and
execute methods and processes that support quality standards and
continuous improvement. What's Needed? No minimum experience
required; training provided. Ability to read and interpret
technical schematics and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and
commitment to quality. Good communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to shift
