Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician and
play a vital role in supporting Upstream, Downstream, and Core
operations. This position offers hands-on experience in a
controlled cGMP environment, where precision, safety, and
collaboration are key. Responsibilities: Follow detailed verbal and
written procedures in a cGMP-compliant environment while
prioritizing safety standards. Accurately document processes in
batch records and log sheets in accordance with Standard Operating
Procedures. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement
process improvements. Maintain strict adherence to safety
protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment
(PPE). Complete and maintain required training to stay current with
industry standards. Work overtime as needed to meet project
timelines. Manage inventory and assist with shipping finished
materials. Perform sampling and in-process analytical testing to
ensure product quality. Prepare equipment for operation, including
cleaning and sterilization (CIP/SIP). Conduct pH and conductivity
measurements for process control. Operate manufacturing equipment
such as glass washers and autoclaves. Prepare buffers and media for
production activities. Participate in cell culture operations from
vial thaw to production scale. Execute column operations,
Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and load line setup.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline preferred
Familiarity with cGMP operations is a plus. Strong judgment and
initiative for assignments requiring critical decision-making.
Ability to make informed recommendations and adapt to new
processes. Physical & Safety Requirements: Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Ability to read instructions and
numbers at close and far ranges. Comfortable using a computer or
tablet for 50–60% of work time. Ability to work in a manufacturing
environment with a consistent sound level of ~75 decibels (similar
to a washing machine); occasional hearing protection may be
required. Ability to remain in a stationary position for
approximately 50% of scheduled work time. Frequent movement to
monitor equipment readings. Ability to lift and move equipment up
to 50 lbs. with appropriate safety support. If interested, please

position based out of Worcester, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $29.40 - $32.20/hr. Eligibility requirements
