GXO Logistics, a leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking an Inspector, RIT to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring all logistics operations meet our high standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will utilize their keen attention to detail and expert knowledge in transit systems to conduct thorough inspections and assessments of our logistics processes and infrastructures. Perform detailed inspections of all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Regularly evaluate the operational procedures and quality control processes and recommend improvements. Document inspection findings and produce detailed reports on each. Collaborate with operations and safety teams to implement corrective actions. Conduct risk assessments and help in auditing supply chain processes under defined guidelines. Proficiency in quality inspection tools and methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) is preferred. Relevant safety and compliance certification.
