Overview: As a Warehouse Associate at QXO , you’ll be at the heart of our operations—handling materials, managing inventory, and keeping our yard and warehouse running smoothly. What you will do:: Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials weighing 75 lbs in the warehouse and yard Work outdoors in all weather conditions Verify order contents and maintain documentation (e.g., pick tickets and inventory count sheets) Inspect, organize, maintain , and track inventory Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including tasks such as cleaning and painting What you will bring:: Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus Reliable transportation to work and the ability to regularly work early morning hours What you will earn:: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Annual safety shoe allowance Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
