Job Details We are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney to join our national legal team as Senior Counsel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is passionate about delivering strategic legal solutions in complex civil matters. What You’ll Do Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs. Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and develop witness testimony. Oversee and collaborate with local counsel on national litigation strategy. Engage in negotiations with opposing parties and stakeholders. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, providing regular feedback and training. Ensure timely compliance with billing and administrative requirements. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal systems and best practices. What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. 7 years of litigation or regulatory experience, with strong command of civil procedure. Proven ability to manage cases independently and prioritize competing deadlines. Experience with national or regional counsel responsibilities is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior staff.
