MV Transportation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Training Manager to help us continuously improve the capabilities of our transportation teams across North America. The Training Manager will play a critical role in designing and executing training strategies that enhance the skills, efficiency, safety, and professional development of our employees in various transportation services. As a leader in public transportation, MV Transportation is committed to delivering top-notch training that aligns with our mission to provide reliable and efficient transportation. Develop and implement training programs tailored for drivers and logistics personnel in compliance with national transportation regulations and company policies. Conduct skills gap analyses to determine training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly. Oversee the creation and maintaining accurate training records and reporting metrics to evaluate training effectiveness. Collaborate with HR to integrate training initiatives with overall personnel development strategies. Lead, mentor, and provide regular feedback to training staff. Manage budget for training programs ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and regulations affecting transportation. Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in employing traditional and modern educational techniques. Ability to design scalable training programs suitable for a range of learning styles. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) is preferred.
