What You ll Do

• Provide advanced primary care-level services within an inpatient psychiatry unit
• Evaluate and manage patients across the age spectrum (starting at age 10 up to elderly), with mostly adults
• Deliver ongoing assessment, diagnosis support, and treatment planning consistent with scope of practice
• Coordinate care with the inpatient team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility clinical protocols for psychiatric inpatient care
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate to plan of care

What You Need
Required

• FNP-BC (board certification required)
• At least 2 years of experience allowing independent practice in Massachusetts
• CPI training required
• Ability to work Mon Fri, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM full-time

Preferred

• Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (preferred, if available)
