Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for a local contract at a prestigious hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. /n/n/n/n/n/n /n/n/n/n /n/n/n/n/n/n /n Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am. /n - Manage care for adult and pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and interventions. /n /n - Support, educate, and comfort patients and their families during emergency care. /n /n - Communicate closely with healthcare team and independently identify need for early intervention. /n /n - Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic tests. /n /n - Perform medical procedures including IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, and blood draws. /n /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current RN license for the state of Massachusetts. /n - 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience is required. /n - BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required. /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
