The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Bilingual Opportunities! Full Time or FFS hours! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Benefits: Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday! Summer Fun Fridays! Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
