Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with therapeutic exercise, fall prevention programs, and transfers/ambulation training preferred. Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records preferred.
