Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Client requirement: Ability to work a 5x8 schedule totaling 36 guaranteed hours per week and to support contract coverage for a 14-week assignment preferred. Experience managing caseloads in high-volume, post-acute environments preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per VMS work days listing). Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week. Contract Length: 14 weeks.
