Overview: Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Palliative
Medicine Physician to join an interdisciplinary Division of
Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine. Academic medical center
setting. Provide both inpatient and outpatient palliative care
consultation services. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary
teams to support complex care management. Focus on promoting
high-quality care transitions. Active role in clinical,
educational, and quality improvement initiatives. Academic &
Program Highlights: Affiliated with a major academic medical
school. Division hosts an ACGME-accredited Hospice and Palliative
Medicine Fellowship. Opportunity for academic appointment
(commensurate with experience and achievement). Strong support for
clinical, educational, and program development interests. Interest
in medical education and program development highly valued.
Position Offers: Base salary range: $220,000-$240,000.
Performance-based incentives may be available. Comprehensive

located approximately 15 miles northwest of Boston with access to
New England’s lakes, mountains, and coastline. Requirements:
Completion of Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship by hire
date (or comparable experience). Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Palliative Medicine. Demonstrated commitment to clinical
palliative care.* Strong collaborative and interdisciplinary
