This is a full-time opportunity for a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while prioritizing patient safety, technical accuracy, and clear communication. Position Summary The Radiologic Technologist reviews and performs diagnostic imaging procedures with attention to radiation safety, proper equipment use, and patient identification. This role supports patients and families throughout the imaging process, maintains equipment functionality, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Ongoing professional development is expected. New hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Key Responsibilities - Review imaging requisitions and verify patient identification - Perform diagnostic radiography procedures accurately and efficiently - Educate patients and families on exams and radiation exposure while following ALARA principles - Monitor imaging equipment and report malfunctions - Support daily departmental workflow and operations - Maintain accurate documentation - Participate in meetings and ongoing education Minimum Qualifications Education: - Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (required) Licensure/Certification: - Massachusetts Radiographer License (required) - ARRT Certification (required) If you are licensed in MA and ARRT certified, this is a strong opportunity to secure a stable full-time role with competitive compensation and a substantial sign-on bonus.
