Job Description:
Encompass Health, a national leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a Lead Dietitian to join our dedicated team.
This position is critical in our mission to provide comprehensive
healthcare in both facility-based and home-based settings across 42
states. The ideal candidate will oversee the nutrition care process
for our diverse patient population, ensuring dietary needs are met
in accordance with the latest medical guidelines and individual
care plans. Assess patient nutritional needs and develop
individualized care plans Lead and mentor a team of dietitians and
nutrition assistants Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to integrate dietary services with overall patient
care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and dietary
guidelines Monitor and report on patient progress and outcomes Stay
updated with current research in nutritional science Strong
leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of dietary guidelines and
nutrition assessment techniques Ability to devise and implement
effective care plans Proficient in dietary software and patient
management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on
Dietetic Registration Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)
