Health is seeking an experienced Interim Nurse Manager – Endoscopy
to lead a high-volume procedural department. This leadership role
oversees both the Endoscopy unit and Pain Management Clinic,
ensuring efficient operations, quality patient care, and strong
team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong procedural
nursing experience, leadership background, and the ability to
immediately step in and manage daily operations. Department
Overview Endoscopy Unit - 4 procedure rooms - 1 FibroScan room - 4
prep bays - 6 recovery bays Pain Management Clinic - 2 exam rooms -
1 procedure room Typical Patient Ratios - Endoscopy procedures: 1:1
- Endoscopy recovery: 1:2 - Pain Management procedures: 1:1 - Pain
Management recovery/consults: 1:2–3 Responsibilities - Provide
clinical and operational leadership for Endoscopy and Pain
Management departments - Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and
workforce management - Ensure safe, high-quality patient care in
procedural settings - Oversee workflow efficiency and department
productivity - Utilize hospital systems for staffing, budgeting,
and documentation - Collaborate with physicians, administration,
and interdisciplinary teams Required Qualifications - Registered
Nurse (RN) – Massachusetts license (or pending/applying at time of
offer) - BSN required - BLS (AHA) - 3–5 years of Endoscopy
experience - Nurse Manager / Leadership experience required - Epic
EMR experience required Preferred Qualifications - CGRN
certification - Prior travel nurse leadership experience Systems
