Job Description Commonwealth Healthcare LLC is seeking a local contract Clinical Lab Assistant for a local contract job in Everett, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinical Lab Assistant - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Local Contract Title: Laboratory Assistant - Only accepting local candidates within 50miles Shift: Rotating - Various shifts (day/evening possible nights) with rotating weekends 40 hr weeks Our laboratories are vital to that mission, providing high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care across our network of hospitals and health centers. Job Purpose: Performs routine laboratory work, with supervision, for which there are well established procedures and minimal steps. This work contributes to the efficient operation of the laboratory. Qualifications: Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED Additional preferences: 1. previous science course education 2. fluency in the English language 3. basic computer skills; Meditech experience preferred 4. phlebotomy training and experience. To perform a narrow range of laboratory procedures and related duties, with supervision, following established standards and practices; to promote the efficient operation of the laboratory and patient care. To ensure an effective laboratory customer interface for providers, patients, visitors and other Alliance staff. Submission Requirements: Up to date resume that includes 2 years exp. in specialty. 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS required RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
