As an MRI Technologist, you will be integral in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services, essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of MRI procedures, patient care, and safety protocols, capable of managing sophisticated imaging equipment in a fast-paced environment. Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician specifications. Monitor patient safety and comfort, and provide them with necessary assistance during procedures. Adjust scanning techniques based on patient needs and clinical requirements. Collaborate with radiologists to evaluate image quality and ensure accurate information is captured. Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling to optimize department efficiency. Implement and adhere to health and safety standards to minimize radiation exposure and other risks. Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry practices and technological advancements. Proficient in MRI operation and safety protocols Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent patient management and communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Technical proficiency in using healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) MRI certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
