GENERALIST JOB DESCRIPTION Tagline: Thriving practice in Coastal New England seeks full-time generalist OB/GYN Job Description: Essex County OB/GYN is seeking a Full-Time Obstetrician and Gynecologist Physician to join our team. Joining our OB/GYN practice will allow you to creatively build an active practice with a wide range of cases, from routine through complex, while working alongside a talented team of Obstetricians, Gynecologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Nurse Midwives at our four locations. Since 1964, Essex County OB/GYN has been "Caring for Generations" of women on the North Shore of Massachusetts by providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to women throughout their lives. We offer preventative, diagnostic, and acute care for a wide range of Women’s Health issues across our four locations (Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, and Haverhill). Our team includes 12 board-certified OB/GYN physicians, 8 certified nurse-midwives, 4 WHNPs, and 2 PA-Cs. Each member of our team genuinely cares about our patients and is dedicated to helping them maintain optimal health by providing quality medical care throughout their lives. Our commitment is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and contemporary quality care for today’s women. This is a robust practice providing high-quality services for both low and high-risk obstetric patients and minimally invasive gynecology. We have a strong MIGS department, which includes a rapidly growing robotic surgery program. The OB/GYN physician will practice at a Level III hospital with 24-hour anesthesia, a 24-hour neonatal, and a Level II-B nursery. In our mission to continuously innovate and serve patients efficiently, we recently added an office-based hysteroscopy program, which complements the myriad of other office procedures we already offer.
