Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Post Partum for a local contract nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Post Partum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Nurse Manager - Postpartum (Must have minimum 3-5yrs Nurse Manager exp. in Postpartum Units) Job Description: Unit: Post Partum Shift: Days (M-F: 40 hr work weeks) Charge Capability: Highly Preferred Scrub Color: Any Must work every other major holiday. The Post Partum Unit consists of 14 private rooms with a level 1b Continuing Care nursery. This unit provides care for mothers and infants through the early stages of postpartum to discharge. We foster a culturally sensitive approach to couplet care and early family bonding. 3-5 year(s) of Nurse Manager experience in Postpartum. Also, documenting travel experience; first time travelers will not be considered. Acute care experience is required. 3-5 years of clinical experience in a Continuing Care Nursery, Special Care Nursery (SCN), or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) required NRP Certification required at time of submittal Minimum two years progressive management experience Specialty certification required or obtained within one year of appointment. Current AHA BLS, ACLS & NRP certifications are required at time of submission. Flu vaccine required during season.
