ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work in ED Holding/CICU unit specifically caring for inpatient/CICU level holds in the Emergency Department • 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year • ED experience preferred but not required • First-time travelers accepted with EPIC experience and 2 years experience • Every other weekend (EOW) requirement • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival • Must have experience managing and titrating cardiac drips (Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labatolol, Dopamine, Dobutamine) • Patient ratio experience: 4:1 • EPIC charting system experience preferred • Work with special equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris Pumps, and Phillips Monitoring System • Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, pneumonia • Handle medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic overflow patients • Manage post-catheterization with stent patients, ICD/Pacer insertions, and cardioversions • Valid NH state license required • Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date • Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted • References required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a specialized Cardiac Intermediate Care unit located within the Emergency Department, providing critical care for patients requiring step-down level monitoring and treatment.
