This position is essential in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in nursing services through effective training and development programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate, implement, and evaluate all staff education and training activities to ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements, ultimately enhancing patient and resident well-being. Develop, implement, and oversee continuing education programs for nursing staff. Assess educational needs and certification requirements to design effective training modules. Lead orientation sessions for new staff members and ongoing in-service training. Maintain documentation of training activities and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management and staff to improve clinical competencies and patient care strategies. In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and regulations in nursing Strong leadership and education facilitation skills Proficient in developing training materials and conducting workshops Ability to assess training effectiveness and make educational improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Nursing Professional Development (C-NPD) preferred
