Radiation Therapist Location: Mansfield, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,450 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiation Therapist Profession: Radiation Therapist Specialty: Radiation Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous clinical experience License: Radiation Therapist [State License] required Certifications: Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred, Radiation Therapy [ARRT-T] preferred Must-Have: Education: Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy preferred Ability to effectively troubleshoot equipment and procedures specific to the assigned area. Capacity to establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families. Strong customer service skills, including appropriate judgment and independent thinking. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information. Proficiency in Radiation Oncology Information Systems and software integration with hospital systems. Description: Education is an essential requirement for this role, with an Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy being mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy is preferred for candidates. This role requires a state license for Radiation Therapy. Basic Life Support certification is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of continuous clinical experience. Demonstrated knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting is expected. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with a diverse range of individuals. Customer service skills are highly valued, particularly in terms of judgment and conflict resolution. Sensitivity to confidential patient information is critical.
