Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,290 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS and CPI preferred Must-Have: Epic experience required. Minimum 2 years of experience. Traveler experience is required. Description: The unit is primarily focused on post-operative and trauma patients. We serve a variety of patient diagnoses including post-surgical cases such as orthopedic surgeries, trauma, thoracic surgeries, vascular surgeries, and spine surgeries. Medical diagnoses we encounter include cellulitis, diverticulitis, GI bleed, abdominal pain, and abscesses. The unit accommodates both telemetry and non-telemetry patients, equipped with necessary support and equipment. Our staff is trained in basic dysrhythmia interpretation and management. A Resource Nurse is available on every shift for leadership support. We employ nursing assistants to support the patients and nursing staff. Patient-to-nurse ratios are manageable, ensuring quality care for all patients. Floating to similar units is required. Weekend coverage is mandatory every other weekend. Applicants must have experience with required charting systems. All potential candidates must meet the established qualifications and undergo a background check.
