Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Lawrence, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,419 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lawrence, Massachusetts, 01843! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year of Hospice Experience, depending on the specialty License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent specialty experience in home health or hospice Description: Provides coordination and direction for home nursing care according to physician's orders. Utilizes agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Reports to Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Responsible for home visits and periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Agency-required liability insurance is necessary. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Guaranteed hours are not provided. If there is a low patient census, the contractor may discuss floating to another nearby clinic for additional hours. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. Weekend requirements vary by location and should be discussed during the interview. On-call requirements vary by location and should also be discussed during the interview. Territory mileage radius is up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Travelers are compensated from patient home to patient home, excluding the commute to and from the first and last patient. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Proficiency in charting systems is required. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient. Delayed or incomplete documentation affecting billing and patient care may result in cancellation. There are no guaranteed hours, and the contractor must meet weekly productivity points of 30. This equates to approximately 40 hours per week. All overtime requires pre-approval. If a contractor does not receive enough patients each week to support their financial needs, they will have the opportunity to float to another nearby clinic. Must be open to potential on-call rotations and accept all patients on their schedule regardless of distance.
