A community hospital in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician to join a collaborative and well-established hospitalist program.This 100-bed hospital offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment with excellent clinical teams and strong specialist support. We are a part of a large Non-Profit Healthcare Organization. Position Highlights: Well-Established Program with 10 full-time physicians and 4 APCs Manageable Patient Load and Schedule with four physician teams: (7 AM - 7 PM) with APC rounder - Dedicated APC and physician admitter - Typical patient load of 14-16 patients. Nocturnist shift (9 PM - 7 AM), minimal requirement (1-2 shifts/month) Strong physician leadership is dedicated to your success Robust Specialist Support: Palliative Care, Cardiology, GI, Pulmonary, General Surgery, Urology, Oncology, and consultative Psychiatry ICU Support: 10-bed ICU with intensivist coverage daily Compensation and Benefits: Robust compensation, including productivity and quality incentives Comprehensive Benefits Package that includes: No-deductible health insurance with modest premiums, dental, disability, and retirement plans, and generous PTO Location Details: Located less than 30 miles from Manchester Regional Airport Short drive to the mountains, lakes, and beaches of New England 1 hour to Boston No state income or sales tax JV-30
