A financially strong multi-specialty group in southeastern Massachusetts is adding an Adult Neurologist. About the Practice Opportunity 160-provider multispecialty group along with 40 Primary Care physicians, that represents various medical and surgical specialists A team of 5 Neurology physicians, covering a thriving outpatient practice and seeing inpatient consultations Any additional areas of interest or expertise in the field of Neurology would be welcomed and supported by the group Neurosurgeons and vascular surgeons are readily-available locally, and a referral network exists for interventional neuro angiography, interventions, and complex cases requiring tertiary, academic-center care This is a reputable medical community with an excellent source of referrals for specialists About the Group Sleep Lab, EMG and EEG, Radiology Division, and Laboratory On-site CT and MRI are available as well as an IAC-accredited Vascular Laboratory for carotid duplex imaging Ancillary neurologic services include EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies The hospital has approximately 180 beds, a state-of-the-art patient pavilion, and other recent renovations Stroke management has been recognized by the AHA/American Stroke Association Acute TPA administration is handled by a separate hospital-based Stroke Team utilizing teleneurology About the Financial Package The salary is generous and commensurate with the candidate?s training, expertise, and skill set Physicians are eligible for corporate bonuses after 1 year and eligible for partnership after 3 years Benefits include moving expenses, malpractice and professional expenses, health insurance, time off, CME expenses, and a 401K About the Community/Location A culturally diverse community located 20 minutes from Providence, RI, an hour from Boston, and only 30 minutes from the scenic coast of Cape Cod and historic Newport, RI.
