Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - ED /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Scheduled for 4 weekend shifts per month /n• Crisis need position requiring immediate start date /n• Must have permanent Massachusetts license in hand at time of submission /n• 2 years of emergency department experience required /n• Travel experience required (will accept first-time travelers with ample ED experience) /n• Must have pediatric experience and be comfortable with pediatric patients as part of patient ratio /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC /n• EMR experience preferred: Meditech Expanse 6 /n• 2 recent specialty references required (Charge/Manager RN References) /n• Skills checklist matching specialty required /n• RTO must be included at time of submission /n• Work with 41 private exam beds, 7-bed fast track accelerated care unit, and 35 hall beds /n• Average emergency department census of 75 patients /n• Local candidates accepted (less than 50 miles at local rate) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a busy emergency department with comprehensive services and modern equipment. The emergency department features 41 private examination beds, a 7-bed accelerated care unit for fast track patients, and 35 hall beds to accommodate high patient volumes.
