Pay: $2,690 to $2,762 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified NICU RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit HWL Coversheet required for all submissions Travel experience required Nights, 7p-7a, 36 hours -3x12s, every other weekend and every other holiday, no call requirement. Must have experience attending deliveries. Candidate to float to post partum when needed. Job Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care appropriate to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level-2 nursery. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise. The Registered Nurse is responsible to the patient and the family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect nursing care delivered. Line responsibility to the Director, Obstetrical Nursing or designee. Job Functions 1. The Registered Nurse assures the safety of the patient population served by demonstrating age-appropriate skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. 2. The Registered Nurse develops, implements, evaluates and modifies plans of nursing care for patients and families. 3. The Registered Nurse manages, directs, and supervises the practice of nursing, including the delegation of selected activities to unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of practice. 4. The Registered Nurse attends appropriate in-service and continuing education programs commensurate with job responsibilities. 5. The Registered Nurse participates in unit/hospital projects, which seek to improve patient care. 6. Represents the organization in a professional manner in their interaction with others. 7. Maintains communication with interdisciplinary practitioners to meet care objectives. 8. Provides patient/family teaching as appropriate. 9. Coordinates activities of multiple disciplines to meet plan of care. 10. Documents plan findings and evaluation according to policy. 11. Assumes responsibility for attendance according to policy. 12. Meets requirements for mandatory in-services and programs for safety, emergency and competency. 13. Supports the development of staff through mentoring, preceptorship and collegiality. 14. Performs job functions specific to area. 15. Will be required to provide coverage for Mother/Baby unit and Labor and Delivery Minimum Qualifications Experience Previous experience in special care nursing of newborns preferred. Licensure and/or Certification Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.
