Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Manager - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Pain Management Clinic - Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Department: Endoscopy & Pain Management Clinic Clinical Areas Covered Endoscopy Unit - 4 procedure rooms - 1 FibroScan room - 4 prep bays - 6 recovery bays Pain Management Clinic (PMC) - 2 exam rooms - 1 procedure room Patient Ratios - Endoscopy: - Procedures: 1:1 - Phase II Recovery: 1:2 - Pain Management Clinic: - Procedures: 1:1 - Recovery / Follow-ups / Consults: 1:2–3 Qualifications - Active Massachusetts RN license - BLS (AHA) - 3–5 years of nurse manager or leadership experience - Epic experience required - Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting) - Endoscopy experience strongly preferred - CGRN preferred - Travel experience preferred due to high-volume environment - Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to “hit the ground running.” Key Responsibilities/n- Provide interim leadership and operational oversight for Endoscopy and Pain Management Clinic/n- Manage daily staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations/n- Support and lead nursing staff in a high-volume, efficient department/n- Utilize Epic and operational systems for scheduling, staffing, payroll, and budgeting/n- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams/n- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives/n- Step in clinically as needed to maintain department operations About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
