Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Manager Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Pain Management Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Department: Endoscopy & Pain Management Clinic Clinical Areas Covered Endoscopy Unit 4 procedure rooms 1 FibroScan room 4 prep bays 6 recovery bays Pain Management Clinic (PMC) 2 exam rooms 1 procedure room Patient Ratios Endoscopy: Procedures: 1:1 Phase II Recovery: 1:2 Pain Management Clinic: Procedures: 1:1 Recovery / Follow-ups / Consults: 1:2–3 Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license BLS (AHA) 3–5 years of nurse manager or leadership experience Epic experience required Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting) Endoscopy experience strongly preferred CGRN preferred Travel experience preferred due to high-volume environment Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to “hit the ground running.” Key Responsibilities - Provide interim leadership and operational oversight for Endoscopy and Pain Management Clinic - Manage daily staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations - Support and lead nursing staff in a high-volume, efficient department - Utilize Epic and operational systems for scheduling, staffing, payroll, and budgeting - Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams - Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives - Step in clinically as needed to maintain department operations About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
