Job Description Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Only | Full-Time We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient-only, patient-centered medical home team. This is a full-time position with a supportive, team-based care model providing accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated family medicine services in a culturally competent environment. Position Highlights: - FNP Only – No new graduates - Outpatient Only – No inpatient or call - Full-Time Schedule - Collaborative team-based primary care setting Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience) - Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance, and 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan - Paid Time Off: 25 days PTO 11 paid holidays annually - Malpractice Insurance: Covered under Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) - Loan Repayment Eligible: This FQHC qualifies for Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs - Continuing Education: $1,000 CME stipend 5 CME days per year - Professional Development: Reimbursement for initial and renewal of licenses - Electronic Medical Records: NEXTGEN EMR in use Why Join Us?
