Position Overview: The Mammography Technologist is responsible for operating both digital and analog mammography equipment, performing procedures by positioning patients, and preparing contrast media to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. A thorough understanding of breast anatomy and physiology is essential for our Mammography Technologists. Qualifications Essential Requirements: Completion of an AMA accredited Radiography program. ARRT certification as a Radiology Technologist. CT Radiographer license. Commitment to ongoing education specific to mammography. Familiarity with a wide range of products for needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies. We are dedicated to nurturing careers.
