sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families,
fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse
backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals
and families, addressing the unique needs and situations of each
client to promote healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis
plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness
plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment
in their mental health journey. Engage actively in case
consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,
contributing your expertise to improve client care. Complete
billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and
insurance authorization forms promptly, adhering to the highest
professional standards. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists,
nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow
therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health
care. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling,
Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline. Possession of
a provisional license as required by state regulations. Educational
background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering
high-quality care. Dedication to ongoing professional development
in mental health, including access to free supervision and
continuing education. A willingness to collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A firm commitment to
ethical practices and confidentiality. Excellent communication

range for this position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit.
