Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 9 hours, days Employment Type: Travel \n Job Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with strong circulating skills and recent OR experience for a weekday position with on-call rotations. \n \n Responsibilities\n Work in the hospital Operating Room department Monday through Thursday schedule, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., totaling 36 hours per week On-call required 1 weekend per month and 3-4 nights per week Patient population includes general surgery, endoscopy, C-sections, bariatric and bowel cases, hernia repairs, and orthopedic surgeries such as total joints, arthroscopy, and fracture repairs Main responsibilities include circulating in the OR for a variety of surgical specialties Only up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be considered \n \n Requirements\n Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact state Current BLS certification (AHA) Minimum 2 years of current RN Operating Room experience Circulating experience required Experience in endoscopy, C-sections, general surgery, and orthopedic cases required Travel nursing experience strongly encouraged \n Benefits\n High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts \n American Traveler Job ID P-594974.
