qualified ER/Trauma RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03103! Pay
Information $2,228 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced emergency room
setting with a strong pediatric presence preferred. License: Valid
state nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, CPI, PALS,
TNCC required. Must-Have: - Experience with pediatric population
highly preferred. - Epic experience is required. Description: This
position involves working in a busy emergency room with an average
daily census of 70 patients. The department handles a variety of
diagnoses ranging from minor cuts and scrapes to complex and
critical issues. Common patient presentations include fractures,
abdominal pain, chest pain, respiratory concerns, and oncological
emergencies. Nurses will be required to perform trauma evaluations,
psychiatric assessments, and manage substance use disorders.
Special procedures involve conscious sedation and activation for
trauma and stroke alerts. The role includes floating to assist in
other units as needed and participating in a team nursing approach.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Candidates must be
willing to help with patient sitting and adhere to floating
expectations. All travel nurses must have a valid state license and
certifications accepted. Medical and religious exemptions are
